VIPM now stores its operating data has been moved to the location defined by Windows as: <common appdata>. This location varies by windows platform, but is listed in the following table:
Windows XP - C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\JKI\VIPM
Windows Vista - C:\ProgramData\JKI\VIPM
